My personal happiness comes from being healthy.
UP means being my best version of myself, and being in touch with my overall fitness and well-being. I now look at my overall health from a comprehensive vantage point—it’s sleep, it’s activity and it’s diet.
For the first 16 years of my life, I was underweight.
UP is not only a fitness tracker that monitors my sleep quality and how many hours I’ve slept—as well as how many steps I walk on a daily basis—but as a fashionista, I appreciate the design.
It feels good to be living in balance.
