The greatest feature of my UP3, by far, has been the ability to better monitor my sleep and make adjustments to my activity or diet. I am better rested, more productive and (best of all) friendlier and less grumpy all day.

Better sleep was just a dream before my UP3. I have always had tremendous trouble sleeping; I typically got about five to six hours of very broken sleep per night. Since using my UP3, I am able to see trending patterns in how my diet and activity affect my sleep.

There are so many good features I enjoy: tracking my activity, incorporating my diet, using the gentle-wake alarm and even simply the reminder to get up and move around occasionally. But the greatest feature of my UP3, by far, has been the ability to better monitor my sleep and make adjustments to my activity or diet that have resulted in me now getting nearly seven hours of good sleep each night. That might not sound like a lot, but for me it is bliss! I am better rested, more productive and (best of all) friendlier and less grumpy all day.
