I lost 110 pounds over a nine months period, and have lost 120 pounds with the help of UP. Best of all, I have kept it off for over a year.
On January 7th, 2013, I had a heart attack. Afterwards, I spent a year on beta blockers, mostly lying on my couch putting more weight on an already overweight body. A year and a half later, whilst having lunch with a friend, she showed me her fitness tracker and showed me how it worked.
Intrigued, I went home and did research on fitness trackers. After comparing the different trackers, I felt UP24 was the best fit for me. I purchased it, started to eat healthy, and began to track my food intake and activity.
Within a month, I bought a treadmill and began exercising regularly. Walking at first, then cardio and speed intervals. UP keeps me on track. I lost 110 pounds over a nine-month period, and have lost 120 pounds with the help of UP. Best of all, I have kept it off for over a year. Currently, I am waiting for my 9 million step notice.
