My UP MOVE has been a constant companion. Over the course of nine months, I have increased my average daily steps to over 11,000 and I have lost 75 pounds.

I began my journey to health nine months ago, and since then my UP MOVE has been a constant companion.

I began by just tracking my steps—only 2,500 per day at the beginning. Then I committed to eating healthy. I began to cut out processed foods and add more fresh foods. In the beginning my goal was to increase my average steps by 1,000 each week. After a month, I added a wonderful nutritional supplement that gave me the fuel to continue on my journey.

Over the course of nine months, I have increased my average daily steps to over 11,000 and I have lost 75 pounds. The best thing is I feel great. I’ve adjusted my lifestyle so that I can easily maintain my weight for the rest of my life. The UP MOVE is so easy to use and gives me the motivation to to stay on track. I love my UP MOVE.
