Set a Goal

UP suggests daily goals (10,000 steps, 7-9 hours of sleep) based on recommendations from the World Health Organization and the National Sleep Foundation. Users are welcome to use these default goals, but are also encouraged to adjust them based on their individual needs.

To adjust your goals, open the left menu and tap “Goals.” Slide the meter bars to make changes and tap “Save” when finished.
