Set Reminders to receive a push notification for events like bedtime, workouts, meals and pills. You can also create custom Reminders. You can save up to 4 different reminders at a time.
To edit a reminder, open the right menu and tap “Reminders.”
“Enable” notifications if you are prompted.
To set a Reminder, choose the type, then select the day and time. You can also edit the name of the Reminder.
When finished, tap the check icon.
You can add another Reminder, or edit an existing one, at any time.
