Log Your Sleep

Track your bedtime and sleep duration in UP to learn more about your nightly habits.

Log a sleep

To log your sleep, open the right menu and tap “Log Sleep.” You can also tap the purple sleep bar on the homescreen.

Add your bedtime and wake time, then tap the check icon in the upper right corner when finished.

Your sleep will now be visible on the homescreen.

To edit or delete sleep, tap the purple sleep bar on the homescreen. Then select the sleep you'd like to adjust.

Edit, delete, change privacy settings of a sleep

To edit or delete, tap the sleep bar from your homescreen and then tap "Edit."

To save your changes, tap the check icon in the upper right corner.

To change privacy settings, tap "Lock."

To keep all sleep private, open the left menu from the homescreen and tap "Settings." Then tap "Privacy and Sharing."
