When to wear the band:
UP is designed for 24X7 everyday comfort and use. The durable construction allows the band to live with you through daily workouts, activities, showers, naps and more. For best results, we recommend wearing the band on your non-dominant arm.
When not to wear the band:
While UP is rain, splash, sweat and shower-resistant, the band is not water-proof. Do not wear UP swimming or in hot tubs and do not submerge the band in liquid.
How to put UP on and off:
To put it on, slip your fingers and hand through the opening, then slide the band down and onto your wrist. To take it off, grasp one side of the band where the two ends meet and pull the band straight away from your arm.
How to clean:
To clean light dirt or residue off UP, wet a cloth or cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol, Expo cleaner, or an alcohol-based sanitizer and gently rub it on the outside of the band. Dry with a clean towel or cloth. Do not submerge the band in water or any cleaning liquid.
It’s best to wear the band on your non-dominant hand.
Clean with alcohol-based cleaning solutions (outlined above) periodically, to keep UP looking new.
UP is constructed to live with you through daily life, but the band also contains sophisticated technology. To protect the band, it’s best to:
- Avoid unnecessarily twisting, stretching or unwinding the band.
- Follow the methods recommended above for how to take the band on/off.
- Do not submerge UP in water or expose the band to hot tubs or saunas.
