Tracking Mood

A variety of factors in everyday life can impact how we feel. Tracking mood with the app helps you better understand how food, exercise, weather and more contribute to changes or trends in demeanor.

Creating a mood entry:

  • From the Home screen, tap the mood icon. mood tracking
  • Slide your finger up and down on the screen to adjust the mood level
  • Tap the text bar below to customize the description
  • Select Save
 

Mood entries display in your feed once entered, as well as in your Lifeline. As with any data tracked through UP, you have the option to keep mood entries private.

  • Tap the check mark at the top right corner to save and exit
