Your UP24 doesn't sync automatically, or when you press the mode button.
Step 1: Reinstall UP App
(This won’t erase any data.)
Delete the UP app. (Check your device's instructions to learn how to do this.)
Download the UP app and reinstall it.
Sign in again using the email associated with your UP account.
Step 2: Unpair, Then Pair Again
Go to the Home screen in the UP app.
Open the right menu.
Tap 'Add a New UP,'
then follow the app's instructions.
Step 3: Sync Again
Tap OK after the app says the tracker is paired.
A white progress bar will appear as the app syncs.
Then the latest sync time will appear:
Your band needs to be near your device for proper syncing.
When your UP24 syncs, the band's status lights flash and the app displays the sync progress bar:
If the UP app is open on your phone, your UP24 syncs every minute. If the app's closed, it syncs every 20 minutes.
To trigger your UP24 to sync immediately, press its button once.
